All new patients begin with a complimentary consultation.

The initial consultation is conducted by phone.

During the consultation, the practitioner discusses the patient’s concerns, goals, relevant health history, whether

acupuncture is appropriate, what to expect, and whether the clinic is a good fit.

Before the consultation

The patient receives an email containing required forms.

Patients should complete the forms before the consultation so the practitioner can review the information beforehand.

Additional information may be requested depending on the patient’s condition, particularly for fertility patients.

After the consultation

The Patient Care Coordinator can discuss appointment logistics, pricing, parking, the clinic experience, and other
